Refund and Return Policy
All sales are considered final. In the case of items received damaged, photographic proof of damage must be provided. Photographs should clearly show damaged packaging and damaged product. Any return for damage must be authorized in advance. You will not receive a refund without a return authorization. You will also need to file a claim with the shipper and provide proof of claim paid. Claims paid by the shipper will be deducted from any refund. Use the “Contact” link above to request a return authorization. You will be instructed via return email where to send photographic proof of damage.
